Soriah Kanji

Born and raised in the West End, Soriah is a true Vancouverite with an expert’s knowledge of the UBC Real Estate market. She understands the changing culture of Vancouver’s neighbourhoods, from what they once were to what they are today, and acts as a trusted advisor to every client.

Soriah takes the time to truly listen to her clients and believes in patience above all else. She pairs an intuitive understanding of her clients with a natural ability to match their needs to the neighbourhood and home that suits them best.

Soriah has extensive experience assisting both buyers and sellers, working with everything from new constructions to heritage-style family homes. Soriah strives to offer the highest calibre of advocacy and assistance, and her clients benefit from her extensive experience and focus, complementing her energy and character.

Soriah truly believes that her ‘client-first’ mentality has been the primary catalyst in her continued success. Throughout her career,  she’s received multiple performance awards, most recently gaining recognition for her work with the Hall of Fame Award.

In her free time, Soriah enjoys yoga, long walks on the Stanley Park seawall, and spending time with her friends in this vibrant city.
